What to Expect
You Choose a Vehicle
After browsing and deciding on a vehicle from Copart or IAAI, you send over the lot number and the maximum bid for the auction.
You Are the Highest Bidder
If you are outbid and the vehicle sells for more than your highest bid, there is no fee. If you win the auction and win then you pay exactly what I pay to the auction. No extra markup on top of the final amount. Just a flat rate dealer fee.
Auction Fees
The fees that the auction tacks onto the winning bid varies on the auction and amount. Invoices are sent directly to you from the auction.
Vehicle Shipping and Delivery
Once the vehicle is paid for, it will need to be shipped to you. Salvage vehicle cannot be driven off of the auction lot and needs to be picked up with a trailer. You can pick up the vehicle yourself, schedule for pick up with a company of your choice, or I can arrange shipping for a flat rate fee.
Title & Paperwork
Once the payment clears for the vehicle, the auction ships out the title to me. Once the title arrives, it can be transferred to your name. If the title is being signed over to another dealer, it is a transfer. If the title is signed over to an individual, it is a sale. If the sale is in Florida, there is tax added to the auction winning bid amount. If the sale is out of state, there is no added tax because you will pay the tax when you register the vehicle at your local DMV.
Transparency
There will never be hidden fees or markups. Invoices are sent directly from the auction. I work one on one throughout the entire process with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. There will never be any pressure to purchase or bid. You call the shots.
